Drea Russolillo, Co-Owner of MOTIVE Hair Group, comes from a family of Italian hairdressers and salon owners. It was only a matter of time before she opened a salon of her own. In her words, “Hair encompasses identity, it’s one of the first things we present when going out in the world as individuals. Each stylist has their own style, but most importantly we are intuitive and loving. We don’t just do this job for ourselves, we do it because we find joy by empowering others.” Drea showcases her unique style by specializing in effortless looks, shag haircuts, natural waves and curls, and the perfect face framing fringe. 24 Hour Cancelation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. You will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancelations and 100% of the service for no shows.

All guests must come alone to their service, our space does not allow for multiple guests per stylist. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Haircutting

Transformation Haircut
$200
For new and existing clients. Allows time for consultation and a complete transformative haircut. Book this if you want to recreate or change the shape/length/style of your hair. We are recreating shape if it’s been more than 6 months since any kind of haircut/trim. Examples of big changes – one length to layers or shag, long hair to bob or pixie… etc)

Maintenance Haircut
$150
For new and existing clients wanting to maintain their current hairstyle. It has been more than 4 months since your last full haircut and are in need of an overall shape clean up/trim length

Dry Cut / Shaping Service – Existing Client Only

$75

Book this service if you are an existing client feeling “heavy” but you’re not ready for a full cut (less than 4 months since your last full haircut and you do not want any major changes to your length or style.

Existing Client Only – Face Framing /Fringe Trim

$50 (TEXT SALON TO BOOK)
Book this service if you are an existing client and need bangs and face framing/hair forward the ears trimmed.
